ESOS
In addition to the specialist recruitment businesses, the NETWORK GROUP also includes ESOS Limited (“ESOS”) who provide support services to NETWORK GROUP's trading subsidiaries, as well as to a number of third party organisations. Their services include:

Payroll services – the provision of weekly/monthly payroll for temporary and contract staff, including salary computation and record keeping, payment instruction mechanisms and a high quality technology platform.

Credit Management services – this includes raising invoices on behalf of the client, debt collection, banking and allocation of cash receipts, related legal services and maintenance of the sales ledger.

IT maintenance, Desktop and Network Infrastructure Support and Application Service provision – this service will be provided to the NETWORK GROUP as well as to the Pertemps group of companies.
ESOS regularly provides payroll services to more than 20,000 individuals making it one of the leading UK providers of payroll services to temporary workers. The technology platform which underpins ESOS provides a level of scalability which facilitates the continued growth of the NETWORK business; in particular, allowing new or acquired businesses to be integrated seamlessly. The provision of ESOS services to all of the NETWORK GROUP subsidiaries provides substantial levels of back-office efficiency, which are unusual in a diversified recruitment group of this nature.
