NETWORK GROUP offers a portfolio of professional specialist recruitment companies led by entrepreneurial management teams. Our management teams have a personal investment in the businesses that they run. This in turn guarantees dedication and commitment to serving their customers, whilst aligning their interests with those of our investors. As a result, each of our trading units within the NETWORK GROUP portfolio retain the appetite, flexibility, flair and drive of an entrepreneurial business whilst leveraging off the strength and resources of an AIM traded company supporting the talent within the individual businesses.
Core to the NETWORK GROUP infrastructure is a central common platform powered by ESOS – our dedicated business process outsourcing solutions business that has serviced the Pertemps group of companies, thought to be the UK’s largest privately run recruitment group for approximately 25 years, paying up to 20,000 people a week on time, every time. In addition to servicing our collection of specialist recruitment businesses, ESOS also seeks to utilise its platform services externally by servicing the highly fragmented small and medium sized enterprises (SME) market. This market is increasingly recognised as one which can benefit from the outsourcing of core administrative services, whilst allowing management to concentrate on their own core businesses.
The combination of a number of niche recruitment operators utilising the same IT platform together with the outsourcing skills which ESOS provides strengthens the group’s position in tendering for master vendor contracts, which many corporations and government departments and authorities insist upon when awarding recruitment or HR contracts.
NETWORK GROUP provides a dynamic culture whose management team comes with pedigree and vast experience of working within the recruitment services business – NETWORK GROUP although recently formed is not so much a “new start” as an “accelerated start” as many of the constituent companies now forming the Network group have a long established history and track record within Pertemps Ventures Limited, and prior to that the Pertemps Group Limited.
The NETWORK GROUP formula will enable the business to grow by providing a select number of entrepreneurial teams with the opportunity to create wealth for themselves by providing the platform and infrastructure to support their young businesses, enabling the risk traditionally associated with so many startups to be mitigated – NETWORK GROUP provides the launch pad for a group of relatively young businesses who in return will later exchange their individual stakes for NETWORK GROUP shares relative to their success.
NETWORK GROUP currently has a majority stake in 24 specialist recruitment businesses and a minority stake in a further two. All companies operating within the NETWORK GROUP framework benefit from NETWORK GROUP systems; this allows our talented management teams to focus on their core activities of servicing their customers’ needs and expanding their businesses as a result of high service levels. Overtime, it is envisaged that the maturity profile of businesses operating within the portfolio will increase as the existing trading companies successfully emerge into the next phase of their development, enabling other younger companies to benefit from the NETWORK GROUP approach.
